We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join and support our growing business. This is a regional role, based in our Cardiff office.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the regional training programme and our social value commitments.

A key aspect of the role involves facilitating training events, courses, and packages, sourcing relevant content and providers.
You will also represent our business at careers fairs, with clients, at monthly meetings, and interviews. Experience in training and assessing trainers, as well as maintaining their development, is essential.
We are seeking previous hands-on experience in delivering Targeted Recruitment and Training (TRT) and Employment Skills Plans (ESP). Budget management and reporting experience are required, along with a broad understanding of training and education bodies.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification and possess excellent active influencing, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of iTrent would be advantageous, as we are transitioning our HR and Learning systems onto this platform.
