Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader – Manufacturing

Haslingden, occasional UK travel between other sites
Salary:
C£50k dependent on experience + car allowance + benefits
Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting an excellent opportunity and are looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.

What You'll Do:
* Lead improvement projects that boost efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance.
* Coach and engage teams on CI tools like Kaizen, 5S, and standard work.
* Analyse processes, spot opportunities, and implement lasting solutions.
* Track and report on improvements, ensuring results are sustainable.
* Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to embed best practices.
What You'll Bring:
* 3–5 years in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
* Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
* Track record of leading team-based CI projects.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
