What we're looking for: Proven experience in a senior Marketing role within hospitality or leisure - ideally casual dining or multisite groups. Commercially astute with a deep understanding of how to turn marketing activity into bookings and repeat visits. Confident with hospitality tech platforms including booking systems, CRM, email automation tools and social analytics. Highly analytical, comfortable interpreting data, forecasting, and using insights to influence strategy. A creative thinker with a solid grasp on digital, social, PR and brand-building.
