These roles provide critical technical and regulatory support for our products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Technical Advisor Job Purpose: As a Technical Advisor, you will provide technical advice, guidance, and support on Zoetis products to both internal teams and external customers. You will manage product complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
