This full-time, permanent role begins January 2026, or sooner for the right candidate. Job Overview You will lead the school’s SEND provision, ensuring that students with additional needs receive high-quality, tailored support that enables them to succeed academically and personally. The role involves coordinating EHCP processes, managing interventions, supporting teachers with differentiation, and working closely with parents, external agencies and a team of LSAs.
