Unlike marine or aviation equipment, this role focuses specifically on land-based machinery.Your Three-Year Apprenticeship Journey:Year 1: Begin with foundational tasks such as machinery inspections, guided by your line manager and mentor.You'll spend 16 weeks in total at College in England or Scotland in up to 4 week block release sessions, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.Year 2: Expand your skills by diagnosing faults and performing repairs and maintenance on plant machinery. Another 10-week stint at college awaits in Year 2.Year 3: Take on increased responsibilities, including advising on machinery repairs for customers and diagnosing complex faults.
