The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Specialist Practitioner's to join our Automotive Team on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week, at our Bispham Campus. You will play a key role in the preparation of resources and practical taught delivery across a range of Automotive courses with a key focus on health and safety. You will join a talented, successful and dynamic team responsible for training, re-training and upskilling the region's automotive workforce.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a key member of our Automotive team, your primary responsibilities are:

2. Instruct, assess, and supervise students across various programmes and qualification levels, ensuring engaging and effective delivery in classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and other learning environments.
3. Prepare, organise materials and equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with health and safety standards.
4. Provide guidance, monitor progress, and assist students with action planning and personal development, fostering their responsibility for learning and achievement.
5. Contribute to curriculum planning, scheme development, and the internal verification of student work, ensuring adherence to programme specifications and quality improvement.
6. Conduct health and safety checks, maintain a safe learning environment, and educate students on safe practices and procedures.
