We're now looking for a Training First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO?
* Lead the Team: Supervise a team of warehouse operatives
* Work alongside planning team to make sure enough colleagues in to work in the operation
* Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
* Ensuring you will have regular one to ones, deal with any queries, team absences, disciplanaries, etc
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?
* Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
* Previous FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience
* Previous Automation Experience would be desirable
