Corin is seeking a Commercial Associate – Export to support the commercial export team and distributor network to facilitate strong and profitable growth in the distribution markets globally.Corin enhances patient activity and well-being with proven implants (hip and knee) and associated technologies, let’s connect your career ambition to our vision.This is a new role within the Commercial Export team based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire on a hybrid contract.You will be either a graduate (or equivalent) in Business / Marketing or Supply Chain and Logistics, and striving for your first career move or you will have worked within a sales, business development, commercial, or supply chain role previously and are now looking for your next challenge in a global organization.The key aspects we are looking for in our Commercial Associate – Export are.A strong commercial acumen with the ability to work cross-functionally and culturally across different countries and teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at different levels of internal and external customers.Ability to work and deliver against deadlines.Well organized, task orientated but happy to flex with internal demands and new evolving projects/ad hoc activities.Able to converse in Spanish (ideal but not essential).The key responsibilities of Commercial Associate - ExportCoordinate and facilitate marketing and training programs both in the marketplace and at Cirencester HQ ensuring we cater to Distributor Partners and their Sales Team’s needs, and Surgeons Centre of Excellence training visits which are key to driving new and organic growth.Work with Corin’s Regulatory team to facilitate the registration journey in different countries, liaising with the Distributor Partners to understand their needs and follow up actions with our internal team to ensure documentation dossiers, Free Sale Certificates, and other documents required are provided promptly to facilitate New Market acquisition and New Product Introductions in existing markets.Facilitate and follow up monthly communications regarding forecasting for Bronze and Blue Distributor Partners.Be the first point of contact for Bronze and Blue Distributor Partners – liaise internally with Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and other departments within the Corin organization to provide appropriate responses to queries, facilitating solutions for customers accordingly. Arrange and run weekly Customer Services Meetings to ensure Monthly Sales Targets are met with POs based on forecasts placed by Distributor Partners promptly, in time for weekly or monthly shipments to take place and payments to be received to achieve monthly sales as planned.Manage returns and associated approvals/ credits/ sterilization invoices, following up and supporting actions for successful outcomes promptly.Keep the Export Project and Task Tracker (Export RAG) up to date to allow the team to focus on the key priorities.Manage Distributors' Price Lists, population of new pricing, and liaison with Customer Services to ensure systems are updated accordingly.
