Collections Advisor (Motor)\n\nLocation: Manchester \nSalary: From £25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)\nContract Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nHours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm (8am - 12pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays)\n\nStart date: 30th June\n\nTraining: 3 weeks onsite (9am - 5pm) before moving to hybrid working\n\nJob Summary:\n Join our team and play a key role in minimizing company losses by managing customer arrears. You will work closely with customers to negotiate fair repayment plans, ensuring the preservation of both customer relationships and the company's reputation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCustomer Negotiations: Work with customers to develop suitable payment plans based on their financial circumstances.\nAssess Financial Situations: Complete Income & Expenditure assessments with customers to determine affordability and agree on fair resolutions.\nCompliance & Standards: Uphold industry regulations and standards during all customer interactions to ensure positive outcomes.\nVulnerable Customer Care: Identify vulnerable customers and apply appropriate forbearance measures.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service. \n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nKnowledge of arrears management and financial assessments.\nAbility to handle vulnerable customers with empathy and care.\nExcellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nUp-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.If you're passionate about helping customers, find fair solutions and thrive in a dynamic, supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
