Hours - 37 hours (4.5 days per week) Mon-Thurs (7.30am to 4pm) and Friday (7.30am - 12.30pm)
Duties:
* Purchase goods and services across both indirect and direct categories
* Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, ordering, contracting and performance management
* Act as a Change Champion, promoting adoption of new processes, systems and engineering change procedures across the organisation
* Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability and adherence to specifications
* Analyse supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure best value for the organisation
* Monitor supplier performance and order progress to ensure timely delivery and maintain consistent quality standards
Required skills & experience:
* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience within a supply chain/procurement role
* Strong IT skills
