We are hiring two Digital Project Managers, experienced in delivering large-scale cyber security projects, to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital.
This role involves managing a complex stakeholder environment, leading by example in managing senior relationships, taking ownership, and influencing at the Director level.
You will promote a positive culture within the team through mentorship, coaching, and managing dynamics. You will also take responsibility for your own learning and development in project management practices, digital frameworks, and technologies in an increasingly agile environment.
DWP Digital is transforming our security approach to ensure the protection of our customers, employees, and services. This role in our Adaptive Security Programme focuses on leading a delivery team to strengthen security across our Digital Services.

Skills, knowledge, and experience needed:
* Experience of taking full responsibility for defining, documenting, and successfully completing large-scale complex projects, utilizing internal and external suppliers.
* Managing multiple projects involving significant digital and cybersecurity delivery.
* Maintaining effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes, responding appropriately to data insights.
* Understanding the environment and prioritizing high-value tasks using data to inform planning and managing complex dependencies.
* Communicating clearly, honestly, and enthusiastically to build trust, explaining complex issues simply, and influencing senior decision-making.
