Job Type: Contract (Ongoing)
Compensation / Availability: Weekly paid every Friday, starting as a Contract role, with potential to become permanent after the initial period.

My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the Construction & Architecture industry, passionate about delivering high-quality projects and building long-term relationships.
They are currently looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager for their practice. If you’re a driven individual with a knack for Business Development and have a proven track record in the Construction sector, then this role is for you.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, ideally within the Construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction client needs, project management, and bidding processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction firms and contractors.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
