A Little More About Your Role…

The purpose of your role is to provide senior level support for a number of client-facing teams within the business. This will be involve co-ordination between our team of Client Liaisons, Client Account Directors and the clients themselves.

In more detail, your role will include:


* Ensuring that our clients are kept informed of ongoing matters.
* Supporting with the set-up of new clients on relevant systems.
* Supporting the Client Liaison team with tasks which ensure the delivery of a high level of service to our clients.
* Working as part of the national Checks team (two team members based in London) to take responsibility for the submission of Checks and handling any queries from the Valuation Office Agency for our Northern team.


Your role will require a high level of co-ordination and a good attention to detail.

You will also be required to work with team members to understand the systems used, and making our processes future-proof, in line with both client and VOA (Valuation Office Agency) requirements.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

* Ideally with some knowledge and experience of Business Rates, although not essential.
* Co-ordination skills: strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence key team members at all levels of the business.
* Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
* Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and client requirements.
* Understanding client requirements and ensuring service delivery.
* Maintaining in-house property records with client and portfolio information.
* Producing regular reports as required.
* Being willing to travel and attend client meetings as required.
* IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and wider systems for pipeline management and reporting.
