We are seeking four IT Field Engineers to support a Network Modernisation project within the healthcare industry. UK travel required with up to 3 days away from home each week. Familiar with routers, switches, firewalls and cabling systems.

Description
Provide on-site and remote IT Installation, deployment and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment across multiple locations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Collaborate with the central IT team to implement technology upgrades. Ensure Documentation and Reporting is compliant with the organisation's IT policies and standards. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and support activities. Travel between sites to deliver consistent technical support as needed. Train and assist users in operating IT systems effectively.
Profile
A successful IT Field Engineer should have:
* Proven experience in IT field engineering - Installation, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Proven track record of networking, server infrastructure, a variety of endpoints, and IT hardware
* Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls and cabling systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to travel to various locations as part of the role
* Relevant IT qualifications or certifications are advantageous
