What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote banking options. They actively raise fraud awareness, support vulnerable customers, and ensure financial inclusion.
We seek passionate individuals committed to excellent customer experience, with or without prior customer service experience. We value conversational skills and a genuine desire to help customers—training will cover the rest!

Within this role you will:
* Be the first point of contact in our Branch Customer Service Team, owning customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
* Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud prevention.
* Identify vulnerable customers and support them appropriately.
* Assist customers with complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported.

* Ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution, providing personalized, friendly, and efficient service.

When & Where you'll work
Full-time roles are 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (branch hours may vary). Applicants on student visas with restrictions on hours cannot be considered. Support to other local branches may be required, with expenses reimbursed per HSBC policy.
Your Training
Complete a 9-day in-branch training over 3 weeks covering systems, products, and services. Attendance is mandatory; holidays during training are not permitted.
