What youll get up to?
As Head Chef you will:
Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and in compliance with standards.
Recruit, train, and develop your team, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee food safety, health and safety, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and meet financial goals.
Although you will be working to spec, you will still need to know how to cook its a fully fresh food menu and full menu prep is done in house.
Work in close collaboration with the front of house teams to ensure smooth service.
