Planning Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Leeds, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 3079
The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied planning and infrastructure caseload to include town and country planning, highways, compulsory purchase, planning litigation, enforcement, and infrastructure projects.
* You will advise developers and housebuilders on planning applications, Section 106 agreements, and strategic residential and mixed:use developments.
* Support compulsory purchase matters, including compensation and negotiations with landowners.
* Contribute to business development and client engagement
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
* You will have had exposure to contentious and non:contentious planning matters.
* You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
* Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
