Salary Package: £40,000 plus company vehicle and car allowance

Are you a skilled electrical engineer ready to lead projects and mentor a growing team? An established and expanding property management and development company based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Senior Electricianto play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a diverse UK property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Accurately estimate and manage project costs, labour, and materials.
* Mentor junior electricians and ensure adherence to professional standards.
* Ensure full compliance with NAPIT regulations and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
* Take ownership of the electrical department’s delivery and performance.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues with long-term solutions.
* Maintain detailed documentation including reports, schematics, and specifications.
* Line management duties and direct reporting to the Head of Division.
* Work across commercial and residential properties, with some travel required.
What We’re Looking For
* Valid NAPIT accreditation (not expired).
* Fully qualified in electrical engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electrical projects.
* Strong costing and budget management skills.
* Line management or leadership experience.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.
* Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight when required.
