The role: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Manchester - Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Package: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission
Job purpose:
You will join QA as a Client Relationship Manager. You’ll grow existing customer and partner relationships to deliver against specific, measurable targets across a broad spectrum of products and services.
About you:
You'll have a track record of achieving sales targets within the B2B space. You'll be used to working to tight deadlines where high level of accuracy are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of consultative sales techniques
2. Understanding of procurement processes
3. Knowledge of how to build initial rapport and establishing relationships with decision makers at a strategic level.
4. Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact/prospecting to purchasing service offerings
5. Full understanding of how to deliver great customer service
Experience:
