Pay & Hours: £13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.33 after 6 months service. 33 hours per week (11-hour shifts) Nights shifts available Rota includes weekends (every other weekend) The Role: As a Care Assistant, youll support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity by assisting with everyday tasks and activities tailored to their individual needs. Key responsibilities include: Supporting residents with personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, oral hygiene) Promoting independence and improving quality of life Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing, and reporting any changes Assisting with meals and hydration to support nutritional needs Encouraging and supporting participation in activities Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and their families Completing all relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner Assisting with safe mobility and transfers (e.g. from bed to chair) Reporting any safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately. Our dedicated Activity Coordinators work tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for all residents, creating engaging activities that cater to individual preferences and interests. With a minibus at our disposal, residents can actively participate in the local community and enjoy outings to various destinations.
