We’re currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Technician to join our Oak Meadow and Bristol teams — someone who thrives on improving systems, engaging teams, and building a strong safety culture. As our H&S Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Health & Safety Manager in the day-to-day delivery of our safety management system. You’ll be the first point of contact for incident reviews, lead site inspections and audits, and support managers and supervisors with expert coaching and guidance. You’ll also: Investigate incidents and identify improvement opportunities. Compile monthly performance reports and spot trends. Deliver H&S inductions, contractor controls, and ongoing training. Help develop and implement safety campaigns and improvement projects. Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are current and effective. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent EQF Level 4 qualification). Associate or Technical IOSH membership (or working towards). E xperience in manufacturing, warehousing, or transport (ideally within the food industry). Knowledge of key hazards: workplace transport, racking, MHE, contractor control, LOTO, etc. Enthusiasm for H&S and a genuine desire to help people work safely. A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
