Description
Join us as a Streetworks Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our Operations Support Manager and the Operations Team! Your contributions will ensure that our projects are effectively programmed, meeting both our clients' SLAs and customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Start and Stop Work: Manage work in accordance with SLAs and permits.
* Understand the Works System: Follow processes accurately—don’t worry, training will be provided!
* Data Management: Maintain timely and accurate input of information into our works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
* Performance Improvement: Drive continual improvements in Streetworks performance with the Operational teams.
* Notice/Permit Requests: Validate and transmit requests promptly.
* Streetworks Notices: Open and close notices/permits, submit final registrations, and address compliance issues proactively.
* Coordination: Work with third parties on parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures, etc.
* Charge Analysis: Analyze and respond to Section 74 charges and fixed penalty offences.
* Reporting: Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports as needed.
* Issue Monitoring: Keep track of and chase any outstanding issues.
* Administrative Support: Provide general admin assistance.
* Call Desk Participation: Be an active part of our call desk team.
* Innovative Input: Bring positive solutions to problems and embrace change.
* Safety Reporting: Ensure safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
