At Calton we are passionate about providing person centred support to a variety of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that may challenge and mental health conditions. These individuals can either live in their own home or live in a property where multiple service users reside.
As a Care Manager you will lead, coach and nurture your team to achieve the best outcomes as a team and for those we support
You'll collaborate and communicate effectively with the individuals your team supports, their families and loved ones, and with allied professionals.
Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting individuals, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice.
What need from you
* Commitment to delivering high quality support
* Previous managerial experience
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Willingness to complete Level 3 in Health and Social Care if not already obtained
* Ability to be part of the On Call rota
* Ability to cover support hours, outside of normal working hours, including weekends
* Fine tuned decision making skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A strong "can do" attitude
