CRM System Management: Develop and maintain our Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) to effectively capture, organise, and manage client and prospect data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM database. Utilise CRM tools to analyse client interactions and identify opportunities for engagement and growth. 2. Mailing Lists Development: Research and identify target markets and industries for business development efforts. Create and maintain targeted mailing lists to support marketing and outreach campaigns. Develop strategies to optimise email marketing campaigns for maximum impact and engagement. 3. Webinars and Seminars Organisation: Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and seminars to showcase our expertise and services. Manage event logistics, including scheduling, invitations, registrations, and follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver informative and engaging presentations. 4. Implementing Business Development Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and retention. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Monitor industry developments and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. 5. Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand our network and reach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM software. Previousexperience in sales or business development is desired Eligibility to work in the UK.
