What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead day‑to‑day onsite IT operations and act as the primary technical escalation point
* Provide Tier 2 support across servers, networks, security, and end‑user systems
* Coach, mentor, and guide a small onsite support team to meet SLAs
* Manage Windows Server environments, backups, virtualization, and Azure resources
* Oversee networking, firewall, VPN, and wireless troubleshooting
* Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and work instructions
* Partner closely with client stakeholders and internal leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Experience leading onsite technical teams in a client-facing environment
* Hands‑on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper‑V, and Azure
* Working knowledge of Fortinet, Meraki, Unifi, and VPN technologies
* Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell
* Experience supporting enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Active technical certifications across Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or Fortinet
