We are looking for a dedicated Theatre Practitioner / ODP (Bank) to join our hospital team based in the historic city of Oxford.
Compensation
Pay up to £29.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Working hours
Bank contract – you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities
* Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
* Provide high‑quality peri‑operative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based.
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications
You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and have post‑registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment. You are a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
