We are recruiting for a Sales Finance Business Partner

We seek a Sales Finance Business Partner to support our Private Label function. The role involves acting as a key commercial business partner supporting the Sales Financial Controller and the Private Label Commercial team, providing financial and commercial decision support to ensure accurate data and forecasts.
Your responsibilities include:
* Partnering with sales teams to provide financial insights
* Managing customer P&Ls
* Developing customer business plans
* Participating in sales reviews and promotional processes
* Evaluating pre and post promotional activities
* Supporting debt resolution
* Handling day-to-day queries
* Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
* Working on JBPs and attending customer meetings
* Ensuring GO compliance
* Building strong cross-team relationships
* Maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Supporting the M cycle process
* Participating in sales business reviews
* Analyzing financial forecasts and variances
* Reviewing sales forecasts and associated contribution margins
* Reconciling customer NSV
* Preparing journal entries and month-end reports
* Providing performance commentary
* Leading the commercial budgeting process for Business Units
* Seeking process improvements and efficiencies
Key skills & experience:
* Recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Stakeholder management skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Time management and agility
* Willingness to drive change
* Decision support and challenge capabilities
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Financial and commercial modelling expertise
* Structured project management skills
* Ability to operate at all levels within commercial teams
