They are currently looking at short term re-org to facilitate their long-term growth aspirations, and this role will be a key hire for that process.
Our client is looking for HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) of six months to help support the business with the re-org process. This will be a hands-on role designed to support restructuring, some possible redundancies, and consultation processes. As HR Advisor you will ensure a fair, transparent, and legally compliant processes and will bring significant experience gained within roles where the company has gone through a re-org. The HR Advisor will play a key role in the smooth re-org transformation, aiming to ensure that any redundancy process is handled professionally to mitigate risk while treating employees fairly. You'll also handle all the associated administrative process as part of your role.
