Technical Architect (DV Cleared) - Contract Location: Corsham, England (Full-time on site - secure location) Rate: Up to £650 - £750 per day - Inside IR35 Duration: Initial 12 months Start Date: ASAP (subject to BPSS & DV clearance checks) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced DV-cleared Technical Architect to provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions within a highly regulated government environment. The role will lead end-to-end infrastructure architecture across virtualisation, networking, security, and identity platforms, working closely with delivery teams, operations, and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet strict architectural, security, and compliance standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical design from high-level architecture to low-level implementation. Define and maintain infrastructure architecture standards, patterns, and best practices. Design and govern solutions based on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). Provide deep technical expertise in NSX-T, including overlay networking, micro-segmentation, and distributed firewalling. Architect secure network solutions across data centre and hybrid environments. Provide architectural oversight of enterprise identity platforms, including Active Directory and ADFS.
