Pay Rates : - £16.43 - £20.83 Umbrella Rate
Information the Role : Successful candidates will be offered 37.5 hours per week.
What you will be doing
* To contribute to risk assessments and protecting children and young people from danger, harm, and abuse
* To plan and record interventions effectively, to support and contribute to the overall assessment held by referring social care teams
* To deliver quality interventions within the Framework for Action parenting capacity guidance
* To offer support and evidence-based intervention around child development using EYFS (Early Years Framework Strategy) guidance and behaviour management strategies
* To work in partnership with families on protection plans in their own home, where appropriate
* To communicate and work with a range of professionals and agencies ensuring a seamless service for children and families, managing, and providing information to support effective decision-making
* To work alongside social workers contributing to assessments and care plans
* To escort children and families as appropriate
