Serving the Wind Energy and Automotive sectors, with a strong focus on the evolving EV market, Tecman works directly with OEMs as a trusted advisor, helping customers stay ahead in their field.

Are you the right person for the job?
* A successful track record in a business development role
* Experience in manufacturing, adhesives, automotive, or materials science (desirable)
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Resilience and persistence to overcome challenges
* An agile, positive mindset and a willingness to learn
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to think creatively and spot opportunities
What will your role look like?
* Conducting targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads
* Researching and identifying potential customers in automotive, medical, and industrial sectors
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and setting up discovery calls for Business Development Managers
* Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
* Assisting with email campaigns, webinars, and events
