Our Client Services and Operations function is at the heart of the business, ensuring that advisers and clients receive a seamless, efficient and high-quality service. It is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy, organisation and client focus are critical. Teams work across a range of activities, from onboarding new business and maintaining client records to supporting advisers and ensuring regulatory compliance. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, process excellence and the use of technology to deliver outstanding outcomes. As a Data Inputter, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant data management, supporting the integration and operations teams to deliver an excellent client experience. Your impact on stakeholders Accurately input and maintain client and policy data within Intelliflo Office Issue correspondence to providers to obtain key client information Respond to written, telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional manner Maintain effective relationships with providers and internal stakeholders Ensure client records and documentation are stored securely in line with GDPR requirements What you’ll bring to the position Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively Client-focused mindset with a high standard of service delivery Proactive and positive approach to work Ability to work within structured processes and procedures Technical Skills Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems Accurate data entry and record management skills Ability to manage diaries, workflows and tasks effectively Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Intelliflo Office) desirable Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and time management skills Positive and professional telephone manner Ability to build effective working relationships High level of integrity and professionalism Commitment to continuous learning and development Professional and compliant approach to handling client data Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards (desirable) Experience Strong IT literacy and systems experience Experience handling enquiries and supporting stakeholders Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role (desirable) Experience working with client data or CRM systems (desirable) Experience in a regulated financial services organisation (desirable) Qualifications and Certifications We recognise that formal qualifications are not essential for success in this role.
