Job Description

The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales, analyzing business performance, providing excellent customer service, overseeing store operations, and managing staff recruitment, training, and engagement. The role emphasizes creating an inclusive environment and opportunities for growth within the store organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
