Customer Account Advisor
The ASH Group is a family run business and a leading provider of waste management and resource solutions with bases across the North West, Wales, West Midlands recently Yorkshire.
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Advisor to join our retention team at our headquarters on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.
As Customer Account Advisor you will liaise with customers to resolve any complaints and disputes to find suitable solutions in a timely manner.
* Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer focused to find the most suitable conclusion.
* Having a calm, level-headed approach to problem solving with an ability to make decisions that reflect a well thought out process.
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
* Be confident in your ability to make decisions and provide an appropriate resolution to customer enquiries.
* Ability to manage a very busy workload through an internal CRM system.
* Engage in contractual matters with exceptional negotiation skills for the retention of our valued customers.
The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, finding solutions, and working in a fast-paced busy environment with strong negotiation, problem solving and diplomacy skills. Excellent communication, inter-personal and IT Skills are a must with an ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
