What you'll do
* Develop and manage one or more key partner/supplier relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration and trust
* Build and deliver joint business plans, including sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives
* Negotiate discounts and contracts that maximise profitability for Computacenter
* Design and implement bonus and incentive programs in partnership with purchasing and legal teams
* Provide sales support—optimising tools, reporting, and processes while supporting large-scale transactions
* Act as the go-to contact for escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
* Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns with partners to boost visibility and revenue
* Oversee education and certification programs to strengthen supplier capabilities
* Drive internal alignment across sales, service, and marketing teams
What you’ll need
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of the IT market and partner/supplier ecosystems
* Proven ability to deliver against business plans and targets
* Analytical and strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence working in virtual, cross-functional teams
* A degree or equivalent vocational training, plus 3+ years’ professional experience
