Job Description
I am recruiting for a dynamic Talent Development Manager to shape the people strategy and drive growth across the organisation. You'll design and deliver career pathways, training frameworks, and competency models that enable capability, engagement, and performance while strengthening the recruitment and employer brand.
This role is based in Nottingham hybrid working.
Key responsibilities for Talent Development Manager:
1. Design, deliver, and maintain career pathways and development journeys across all functions and levels.
2. Lead training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
3. Build and embed training frameworks that support capability, compliance, and leadership development.
4. Develop and maintain technical and behavioural competency frameworks to underpin recruitment, development, and performance.
5. Design and implement a consistent appraisal framework to enhance performance and growth conversations.
6. Partner with managers to embed learning and performance frameworks throughout the employee lifecycle.
7. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruitment with competency frameworks and career pathways.
8. Support the development and delivery of a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
