About you:
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and team management skills, experience in asset management within a local authority, and the ability to work collaboratively across public sector organisations. Key skills include strategic planning, budget management, effective communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. They must be capable of identifying opportunities for income generation and cost savings and have a solid understanding of property markets and data systems. Representing the Council professionally and aligning with our strategic goals is essential.
