Our client, whose head office is in the Netherlands, is able to manufacture and supply specialist industrial equipment, both standard range and a customised solution specific to each client’s individual needs. As permanent Skilled Hand Press / Power press Setter Operator and maintaining press machines to produce high-quality components. Our clients power presses vary up to 100 ton. • Machine Setup & Operation - Set up, adjust, and operate various power press machines, ensuring they run to precise specifications. • Tooling - Install and remove press tooling, ensuring it functions correctly for each job. • Quality Control: Conduct first-off approval of manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards. • Maintenance - Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on the press machines. • Documentation: Fill out run sheets, guard sheets, and other production documentation as required. • Material Handling -Load and unload raw materials from coil-fed automatic progression presses. • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including those outlined in Power Press Regulations.
