We’re looking for a driven Regional FM/ Facilities Contract Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a small regional property portfolio whilst taking ownership of our company-wide key FM contracts.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for Procurement, ensuring contracts are efficient, cost-effective, and deliver compliance. You’ll also work closely with the Facilities Compliance Manager and regional managers to keep our estate safe, compliant, and aligned with in-country regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
>Acting as first point of contact for a small portfolio of properties.
>Leading Hard & Soft FM contract management across the business.
>Overseeing supplier performance, SLAs, and service improvements.
>Driving compliance with H&S and statutory obligations in line with contracts
>Partnering with Procurement, Compliance, and regional managers to deliver best-in-class FM solutions.
