Registered Manager – Adult Services
South Manchester
Start Date: January (or as soon as possible thereafter)
Are you a motivated, forward-thinking leader with a passion for delivering high-quality adult care services? We are an established provider supporting adults across multiple homes in the South Manchester area. With 13 service users currently and plans to expand, we are seeking a Registered Manager who can help us grow while maintaining excellent standards of care.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple residential services.
*
Ensure all services remain compliant with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
*
Develop staff through strong leadership, coaching, and a positive “can-do” culture.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority commissioners, social workers, and external partners.
*
Support the business in growth projects, including the opening of new homes.
*
Champion the rights, dignity, and independence of all service users.
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience working in adult care services, ideally in a management or deputy management role.
*
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Care, or willingness to work towards it.
*
Someone who is proactive, confident, and able to motivate and inspire staff teams.
*
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and person-centred care.
*
Connections or experience working with local authorities in the North West (advantageous).

Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
