A Highly Acquisitive Private Equity backed business are currently hiring a newly created Divisional Finance Controller role, due to the high volume of new acquisitions within the division. The role will be based in Bedfordshire with limited travel across northern home counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
* Lead all financial activities of the division, including monthly close, consolidation, and reporting in accordance with group standards.
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Own divisional reporting pack
Governance & Control
* As a highly acquisitive business, many entities will need to have new processes and controls embedded and standardised across the division.
* Set and embed standardised financial reporting across all entities.
Budgeting & Forecasting
* Review monthly budgets & forecast
* Monitor cash flow forecasting across entities
Projects
* Implement standardised process across divisional intercompany transactions
Desired Skills:
* ACA Qualified (top 10 practice firm)
* Industry experience within a sector that utilises project accounting
* Willingness to take on new projects and implementations
* Technical finance knowledge from divisional or group finance role
The role will be based in Bedfordshire 3 days per week.
