This center features specialized centers of expertise that collaborate with A&M leadership across multiple business units and geographies to deliver efficient services to A&M clients. Unlike traditional GCC models focused on back-office support, we partner with case teams for end-to-end case delivery and thought leadership. Nearly 90% of our consultants hold advanced degrees, and our leadership team boasts over 1000 years of combined experience. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a seasoned professional to -
1. Lead and drive enterprise technology transformation projects within the Financial Services sector.
2. Drive projects related to AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven models to join our Financial Services team
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale tech transformation initiatives, developing innovative solutions, and establishing high-performing teams to deliver impactful results. This role is crucial in driving digital transformation strategies, improving operational efficiency, and delivering scalable technology solutions for financial institutions.Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find a person who is entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth, is comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead Tech Transformation Projects: Oversee and manage complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programs, including cloud adoption, core banking system upgrades, ERP implementation, and automation initiatives for financial services clients.
* Solution Development: Design and implement innovative technology solutions that address client business challenges, optimize operations, support the re-engineering of internal processes to maximize the impact of technology interventions and enhance customer experience across financial services.
* Team Leadership & Development: Establish, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and technical experts. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Engage with onshore teams and senior stakeholders at client organizations to understand their business objectives, define technology requirements, and guide them through the digital transformation journey.
* Strategic Technology Roadmaps: Develop and execute technology roadmaps, aligning with client business strategies and ensuring that the transformation initiatives are integrated seamlessly into their existing operations.
* Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay on top of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud), and provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on how these technologies can be leveraged to achieve competitive advantage
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience: 10+ years of experience in tech consulting, specifically in the Financial Services sector, with a proven record of leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
* Leadership: Demonstrated experience in establishing, leading, and mentoring teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Tech Transformation Expertise: Strong experience in delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs, including cloud adoption, digital banking solutions, ERP systems, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
* Financial Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry, its regulatory landscape, and the challenges faced by institutions in adopting new technologies.
* Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with senior client stakeholders, develop relationships, and guide them through complex technology decisions.
* Project Management: Extensive experience in managing large, cross-functional projects with a focus on delivering on-time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
