Responsibilities
* Safeguard vulnerable children and manage complex cases with clarity, compassion, and robust procedures.
* Collaborate with multi-agency partners including schools, health professionals, police, and voluntary services to provide holistic support for children and families.
* Apply evidence-based, creative, and innovative practice tailored to children’s and families’ needs.
* Contribute to high standards of social work practice, safeguarding, and outcomes as part of a supportive team.
* Engage in regular supervision, coaching, and professional development to maintain and enhance practice quality.
Qualifications
* Qualified and registered Social Worker (registration with Social Work England required).
* Over 12 months of experience in children’s social care and completion of AYSE.
* Strong skills in assessment, safeguarding, and managing complex cases.
* Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a solution-focused approach.
