VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major Construction Client with the Recruitment of Customer Support Handlers to join their growing team in Dungannon.
Salary -£23,000 - £25,000 + Benefits Package
Hours -Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00
Responsibilities:
1. Manage email & telephone enquires both internal & from the public.
2. Provide a professional level of customer service, telephone support for customer enquiries while always maintaining an efficient and pleasant manor.
3. Look after and maintain your own specific contract effectively, meet deadlines, ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept up to date.
4. Scheduling appointments, meetings, ensuring diaries are kept up to date.
5. Maintaining accurate records.
6. Provide support to the wider response maintenance team.
Essential:
7. Previous administrative experience desirable, (not essential as full training will be given).
8. Be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
9. Ability to work on own initiative, work accurately under pressure,
10. Excellent computer knowledge including MS Office
11. Strong planning & communication skills.
12. The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
