Up to £65,000 DOE

A prestigious Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer (2-4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. The Opportunity
You will work with a broad client base, including developers, investors, landowners, housebuilders, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Property finance and secured lending
* Development projects and site assembly
* Real estate aspects of corporate transactions
You will enjoy a good degree of autonomy while being fully supported by an experienced team.
The Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years' PQE with solid commercial property experience
* Strong technical skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* A proactive attitude and a team player
