About the Role
As a Sales Associate in the Tommy Hilfiger retail store, you will provide an exceptional in‑store experience, inspire customers, and uphold the PVH values. Your focus will be driving sales and profit, minimizing losses, and ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and use link‑selling skills to drive business.
* Create outfit builds for customers and provide additional product recommendations to support store KPIs.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business.
* Act as a brand ambassador, staying focused on current fashion and market trends.
* Maintain shop and stock‑room presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
* Show flexibility and innovation in responding to changing business environments, especially during peak trade periods.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
* Strong communication skills and a hardworking attitude.
* Interest in fashion and retail.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Passion for driving sales using digital platforms.
