This position provides maintenance to four office buildings and thirty-eight group homes in Wicomico County. Primary responsibilities include drywall, painting, plumbing and light appliance repair in addition to preventative maintenance. Must work with the team to ensure that all works orders are completed in a timely manner.
Base schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Will be required to provide some on call for evenings and weekends. This position has a full benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance. Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave and 401(k). Prior experience is required.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and a DOT physical.
