Customer Service & Transport Coordinator
Location: Lutterworth
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to join our team in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys office-based work and thrives on delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
o
Respond to customer queries via email and phone promptly and professionally
o
Resolve issues by liaising with internal and external teams
o
Book and manage transport jobs efficiently
o
Chase Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to ensure timely records
o
Maintain and administer the Transport Management System (TMS)
o
Generate customer reports using Excel and Power BI
What We’re Looking For:
o
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
o
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
o
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI a plus
o
Previous experience in customer service or transport coordination is desirable
