Responsibilities:
* Designing Inspiring Courses: Create engaging and comprehensive lessons that cover a range of design topics, from woodworking to digital design, fostering creativity and practical skills.
* Supporting Student Development: Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, nurturing talents and encouraging a passion for design and innovation.
* Guiding Projects: Lead students through their design projects, setting high standards and providing constructive feedback to promote excellence.
* Assessing Progress: Monitor student achievement through assessments and feedback, celebrating successes and supporting improvement.
* Fostering Collaboration: Promote effective communication and teamwork among students, parents, and the wider community to support student success.
